My oldest friend died yesterday. His name was Duke. It felt weird coming home today and not having him greet me. I know, you’re probably reading this thinking, he’s just a dog, get over it. But he wasn’t just a dog. He was my best friend. He was family. 5 years with Duke, and now he’s gone. Rest in peace, Duke.
